How the free trial and subscription work

Both plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts charging £14.99 per month or £149 per year and then renews automatically at that frequency. Payment details are collected at the start of the trial. You can cancel through Paddle's customer portal or your subscription email. Cancelling a renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Paddle's current policy describes withdrawal rights after a free trial and, for UK annual plans, after an annual renewal, subject to the applicable conditions. Your statutory rights remain intact.
