Kezariq Gantt subscription and use terms
Last reviewed: 10 October 2026
These Gantt-specific terms explain the nature of the app and its subscription options. They supplement the main Kezariq terms. Where a document-purchase policy does not address a Gantt subscription, the subscription details and applicable law govern that subscription.
1. Who provides Kezariq Gantt
Kezariq Gantt is provided by Kezariq Ltd, trading as KEZARIQ. Company number 17444015, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2RR.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for subscription payments and handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes and payment-related administration. Paddle's buyer terms also apply when you subscribe.
2. What the app does and does not provide
Kezariq Gantt is a self-service tool for planning construction tasks, dates and dependencies, tracking progress, and recording project and site information. It does not provide professional construction, engineering, architectural, surveying, health-and-safety or legal advice, or independent site supervision.
Programme dates, calculations, progress reports and other outputs depend on the data recorded and must be checked before use. Using the app does not mean that Kezariq Ltd has inspected, managed, approved or certified any building work.
3. Your information and responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the project information you enter or upload is lawful, accurate, complete and kept up to date, including programme dates, construction activities, site diary entries, progress reports, costs and attachments.
You should check the information and outputs before relying on them for decisions, instructions, contracts or payments, and obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional where appropriate. You must have permission to upload any personal data, drawings, photographs or other third-party materials.
4. Free trial, prices and automatic renewal
The Monthly plan is £14.99 per month and the Annual plan is £149 per year. Each offers a 14-day free trial. Payment details are required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins charging at its stated recurring price and renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Paddle checkout and the confirmation email identify the applicable billing details. Any taxes, if applicable, are handled and shown by Paddle at checkout. The subscription must be cancelled before the trial finishes to avoid the first recurring charge. Starting a trial does not itself cancel automatically at the end of its 14 days.
5. Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can manage and cancel through the Paddle customer portal linked from your Kezariq Gantt account when a subscription is active, or through the link provided in your Paddle subscription confirmation email. Cancel before the end of your free trial to prevent its first recurring charge.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents further renewal charges, as set out in Paddle's current Buyer Terms. A cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment. Receiving a refund for a payment does not automatically cancel the subscription or stop future charges; use Paddle to cancel future renewals separately. Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, guarantee indefinite retention of paid features, project records or third-party storage. Export or back up important project information when available.
6. Refunds and statutory rights
Cancellation of future renewals and requesting a refund of a payment are different actions. For Gantt subscription payment refunds or statutory withdrawal requests, use Paddle buyer support and consult Paddle's current refund policy. Under Paddle's published Refund Policy, eligible consumers can request withdrawal within 14 days after a free trial ends. It also describes a further 14-day withdrawal window when a UK annual subscription renews for another year. These provisions depend on the policy and applicable legal conditions, including any valid digital-content consent. The current policy should be checked at the time of the transaction.
Kezariq's separate document-purchase refund information should not be treated as an automatic promise of the same goodwill refund window for Gantt subscription renewals. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or legal remedies.
7. Accounts, records and privacy
Keep your sign-in details secure. Some Gantt records may be held on your device and some account-linked information may be processed through connected services. Important records should be backed up using the available export tools. Do not assume that uninstalling the app cancels a subscription.
See the Gantt privacy notice and Kezariq company privacy notice for how Gantt and the shared account process personal data and how to make a privacy request.
8. Service limitations and consumer protections
The app may be unavailable during maintenance or technical faults. Kezariq Ltd does not guarantee construction outcomes, project completion dates or the accuracy of user-provided information. This does not exclude liability for Kezariq Ltd's own breaches of applicable law or duties, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
