Kezariq Gantt privacy notice

Kezariq Ltd (company number 17444015), Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2RR, England, is the controller of personal information handled to operate Kezariq Gantt. Contact support@kezariq.com or use Kezariq Help.

Shared Kezariq account: sign-in details, authentication tokens and account identifiers are handled through the shared Kezariq/Supabase sign-in service to authenticate you and protect access to your account. Our lawful basis is providing the service you request (contract).

Gantt projects: programme tasks, project names, dates, dependencies, progress records, diary entries, images, checklists, costs and other items you create in the Gantt browser workspace are saved locally in that browser. They are used to display your programme and generate the records you request. Our lawful basis, where personal data is processed by us to provide those functions, is performance of our contract with you.

Existing Kezariq projects: Gantt may show project information from the main Kezariq service using your shared account, to help you build a programme. Access to main Kezariq projects does not mean that every Gantt diary or task is automatically synchronised back to Kezariq.

Payments: Paddle processes subscription checkout, payment and billing information. Kezariq handles limited subscription identifiers and status information to display and, when enabled, verify access to the plan you purchased. Our lawful basis is providing the subscription and complying with related legal obligations; Paddle also has its own privacy information for buyers.

Technical data: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser/device details and security or error information. This helps prevent fraud, investigate faults and keep the service secure (legitimate interests).

Gantt's local workspace data is stored in your browser rather than automatically synchronised between your devices. A backup downloaded from Settings contains the project information stored in that browser. Keep any exported backup safe because it may contain property addresses, photos and personal details.

Clearing browser data, using another device, or uninstalling the app may remove locally saved work. The Settings screen offers local backup, restore and deletion controls. Deleting local Gantt data does not by itself remove account, purchase or main Kezariq cloud records. Deleting your shared Kezariq account does not automatically remove exported backups or local data stored independently on a device.

Account and subscription information may be processed by authentication/database, application-hosting, payment, support and security providers acting for Kezariq Ltd or as independent controllers where appropriate. We do not sell your personal data. Some service providers may process information outside the UK; our main privacy notice describes the applicable safeguards.

Local Gantt projects remain in the browser until you delete them, clear local storage, restore other data or lose access to that device. Kezariq account and subscription-related records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, address disputes or prevent fraud. Paddle manages payment and tax records under its own applicable retention obligations.

To request access, correction or deletion of account-linked personal data, contact Kezariq Support. For local project information on your own device, use the Gantt Settings controls or clear the relevant browser storage.

Under UK data protection law, subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
